The long-awaited arguments regarding whether or not to divulge documents that belonged to the transgender shooter who killed six people at the Christian Covenant School will be heard by a judge in Nashville, Tennessee.
Audrey Elizabeth Hale, the Covenant School shooter, left a manifesto that Nashville police had confirmed would be made public. However, they now claim that pending litigation and counsel advice is holding them back from releasing it.
The National Police association file a Freedom of Information Act to obtain all documents belonging to Nashville shooter Audrey Hale.
Nashville Police Chief John Drake says the school shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale was under doctors care and there is no known motive.
