Delta canceled another 400 flights on Tuesday as it continues to falter from the wake of the global CrowdStrike-Microsoft IT outage that has continued for the fifth consecutive day.
A federal rule approved by the Biden administration on Wednesday will now require airlines to give cash refunds quickly and without arguments to passengers whose flights have been canceled or delayed drastically.
President Joe Biden said that his administration is working on new rules which would require airlines to compensate passengers with cash for certain flight delays and cancellations.
